2025 Family Weekend

Family Weekend is a wonderful time to see your student, explore the local community, and experience campus life through your student's eyes. While you're here, meet other Cornell families, faculty and University administrators as you get to know campus from the inside out. You won't want to miss this fun-filled weekend!

Registration includes entrance into all Family Weekend events for one (1) person, Family Weekend materials, and Cornell Family souvenir items.

The weekend activities offer flexibility for you to create your schedule; you select those events you wish to participate in, either on your own or with your student. Cornell Family Weekend is a fee-based program that is completely self-supporting; the cost is not included in tuition. Most, but not all, of the weekend’s activities are included in your registration fee. A few activities require an additional ticket purchase for every family member, including your Cornell student.

Adults: $32.00 per person

Youth (5-12 years old): $15.00 per person

Monday, September 29-Sunday, October 19 (11:59 pm EDT)

Adults: $42.00 per person

Youth (5-12 years old): $20.00 per person

No registration fee for current Cornell students or children under 5. Fees may be required for other ticketed events (i.e., Sunday Family Brunch, pizza making, music concerts, athletics, etc.)

If your student is attending with you, don’t forget to purchase them a ticket too! Students are not included for ticketed events, except for the Family Celebration Lunch.

This includes all applicable service charges for registration fees only - additional event tickets may add their own service charges.

"Buyer Beware"

All tickets for these events are electronic tickets. The unique bar code/QR code on each ticket allows only one entry to the event. The first copy of an E-Ticket (if there are multiple copies made) to arrive at the event will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other copies of the ticket will be denied entry.

Note that any sales of tickets to these events at locations other than this site (i.e. on-line auction sites) cannot be verified as authentic tickets. The sponsoring organization and/or venue will not be responsible for fraudulent sales, and/or the illegal duplication/sale of E-Tickets. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF SOMEONE OFFERS TO SELL YOU AN E-TICKET – IT HAS NO OFFICIAL RESALE VALUE, AND MAY BE AN UNAUTHORIZED COPY.
